Finish Off Your Weight Loss Journey With Lipo Laser Treatment

Do you eat right and exercise but still have stubborn body fat that won’t go away? Then it’s time to finish your weight loss journey with lipo laser treatment. Traditional liposuction is an invasive surgical procedure that literally sucks the fat out of your body, but that’s it. Laser liposuction is safe and easy and has many more advantages, like encouraging the growth of healthy new tissue and collagen, the essential elements to healthy skin.

At Lori Scott Family Care in Kinston, North Carolina, we fully understand how looking your best can make you feel better about yourself. This is why we offer a full range of aesthetics services, including the laser lipo, as we like to call it. Dr. Lori C. Scott believes in holistic treatments, because she knows how one thing can lead to another. The first step is a healthy body.

Exercise and weight loss first

Dr. Scott knows how hard it is to lose weight, and if you have any struggles in that area, we’re happy to team up with you with our extensive weight loss program. We customize it just for you with supplements and meal plans, and help get you to your ideal weight. We start with bloodwork and a complete physical, and then move to appetite suppression, personalized coaching, weekly weigh-ins, and delicious and diverse meal plans to keep you on track.

We also offer B12 injections, healthy supplements, and anything else you need to start, or continue, your weight loss journey. In other words, Lori Scott Family Care is your complete support system so you don’t have to do it on your own. With that said, we know that sometimes these good habits aren’t enough to get rid of those love handles, or fat in the belly, thighs, or jowls. This is why we recommend the lipo laser treatment.

Getting rid of those troublesome areas is just another step on the journey. The lipo laser is a safe and noninvasive way to help. And we’ll keep you on that healthy eating and exercise regimen before and after treatments, since these good habits extend the results of your laser treatment, and can extend your life.

Melt your fat with the lipo laser treatment

At Lori Scott Family Care we use the TempSure™ by Cynosure® treatment. The first benefit of this procedure (also known as laser lipolysis) is that the radiofrequency technology sends heat deep into your skin tissue and fat cells, which melts the fat away. It’s then eliminated by your body along with your other natural waste. You’ll start to see the results within a week, and as the fat is flushed from your body over the next two-six months, they’ll be even more noticeable.

An additional benefit is that this heat forces your body to begin the healing process, and this increases the production of collagen, elastin, and enzymes, as well as healthy cell growth. So not only do you lose fat, but the areas that are treated will see a reduction in wrinkles, creases, and improvements of other negative skin conditions.

Your skin’s support structure is 75% collagen. As you get older, the amount and quality of your collagen decreases. This important protein is what helps to create healthy, youthful skin, and so the more and better collagen you have, the better your skin looks.

The procedure is easy and usually done in under an hour. Dr. Scott numbs the area with some gel to make you even more comfortable, and then moves the TempSure tool over the areas you want worked on. This can include your love handles, abdomen, flanks, thighs, jowls, and cheeks.

Lipo laser treatments are comfortably done in the office and work for both women and men. The side effects are minimal, but may include irritated, pink, or red skin, and possibly some bruising, but you’ll have no real downtime. And with this one treatment, you’ll lose that unwanted, stubborn fat and get healthier looking skin at the same time.

We’re here to help you start your journey with a healthy and nutritious weight loss program and to finish it off with a safe and effective lipo laser treatment. Call us or use the convenient Book Online feature here.
